Graffiti why dont you listen to me

Then he started writing it in subway stations on the way to school. When the subway train stopped at a station, he jumped off, wrote his 'tag' on the wall and then jumped back on the train before the doors closed.

Other teenagers saw Demetrius's tag and started writing their own tags on walls, buses and subway trains all over New York: Barbara 62, Joe Then, some teenagers stopped using pens and started using aerosol paints.

Their tags were bigger and more colourful. Aerosol paint graffiti became very popular in the s and s and appeared on trains, buses and walls around the world. In the s and s, a lot of graffiti artists started to make pictures too. Some artists were interested in politics and tried to make people think about social problems and discrimination with their pictures. Other artists wanted to make cities more beautiful. In South America, street artists started painting in poor areas.

They brought colour and beauty to grey, city walls. Is graffiti art or vandalism? In many countries, it is a crime to paint on walls and street artists can have problems with the police. In other countries, street art is permitted in certain places. For example, in Taiwan, there are 'graffiti zones' where artists are free to paint and write on walls. Nowadays, street art is more popular with the public. In some cities, there are street art festivals.

In Bristol in the UK, there is a street art festival in August every year. Artists paint all the buildings in a street. Lots of people come to watch the artists and take photos. Street art can be seen in galleries too. There have been exhibitions of street art in galleries in Paris, London and Los Angeles. Most street artists are young people who paint in their home city or neighbourhood. Many of them use the internet to communicate and share photos of their pictures with other street artists around the world.

Some street artists have become famous and their pictures can be seen in galleries or on city walls around the world. In the city where I live, i can see a lot of graffitis, I like them depending on the design or message they transmit. I like them when the artists have been creative. I believe it is not vandalism if the people get the permission to paint on some walls.

There are no any graffiti artists where I live. I like beautifull graffiti and don't like graffity as ugly vulgar and obscene expressions. I wish the police arrest those kind of "artist". There is dificult to decide whats legal to graffity or not because if you are owner of some wall you have possibility to decide for there wall but if you have abandoned there wall its stupid not use for some thing creative.

I think that graffiti is a cool art style and I love how they can represent their opinion about the world. This topic is quite interesting for me. I was born in Hong Kong, and still living in there. Few years ago, there were a lot of articles from different Hong Kong medias, which were talked about Hong Kong Government removed the graffiti works of world famous artist Invader from the walls in the city, the news have shocked a big group of local art lovers.

So what is street art and what is vandalism? I would say I am an art lover. But, what if there is suddenly a graffiti appear on the glass of your shop's window display? Do you think you must be like it or might be not? I think graffiti is an art. But only a "decent" graffiti. They make cities more beautiful and interesting. Also graffiti can influence on many people, make them think about political and social problems. Decent graffiti is always welcome.

They not only make old parts of the city look beautiful but also inspire young artists. I really love graffiti and street art, they just look amazing and they make the city more colourful and more interesting. The best street arts are in 3d, because you need to be very talented and it is much work to make 3d street arts look amazing and realistic. So big applause to all graffiti artists. I think street Art on the one hand ,it is good for the city, on the other hand it is bad for city. First, graffiti can make cities beautiful and became our city more and more prosperous.

Second, graffiti can make our city more lively and make people feel happy and excited. Of course,Art street can let more people visit our city to see graffiti. All in all,Art street is a very interesting thing, but graffiti make our city so busy and I think I will try it by chance in the furture! In my opinion graffiti is an original art. Graffiti artists have own thought which they want to show.

It is absolutely fantastic: imaginative and beautifully done. Graffiti gives colour to our grey life. But some people says it is a crime and crime and vandalism. Some countries don't allow to draw graffiti. I think graffiti is a good thing. Because in our country,we have a lot of gray pray places.

Graffiti can make these gray places more beautiful. Some teenagers like painting, and it can help them show good ideas about graffiti. Graffiti can help our country to have more tourists, too.

So,I think graffiti is a good thing,I love graffiti. In my city, setreet art is very popular, and I really think it's good. When I saw a street art,I felt so happy. It can let people active and excited. It can also let the city beautiful. A home work of English First Frountrunner book 5.

To me,the thing makes graffiti become an art or vandalism depends on where they were drawn. In some entertainment places like amusement parks, some outside studios or even inside a coffe shop, graffiti is a good choice to make a unique and distinctive background for people to enjoy and take photos maybe, that would be a perfect art contribution!

But there are also some limits. In my opinion, graffiti should not be drawn in a neighborhood or someone's wall's house,it could be really annoying except it was agreed and encouraged by the residents. I totally agree the fact that graffiti is a special art,but it needs to be drawn in a right place. Graffiti is a great painting for our town. They should praise the graffiti artists through the newspaper or news, not arrest them.

In my opinion, graffiti is a kind of art. The graffiti artists are really doing a good job in making people to think of the serious problems nowadays. Graffiti artists should get a license as the permit to paint on the walls, not just simply painting here and there.

The government should also pay the graffiti artists who really contributed a lot and allow them to paint at certain areas. However, I think that graffiti artists must be 18 or above so that there are no bad words or childish topics. Overall, graffiti artists should cooperate with the government. Graffiti also could be a kind of vandalism if we don't know how and where to make them.

Some of graffiti artists make it as their hobby. So I think, we should give them a reward if their graffiti had done well. Of course there are risks and dangers because in certain terms, that's illegal.

That's why i think we need to open a lot of places and building to draw what ever we want! For me graffiti is an art form that allows every individual to express themselves.

Graffiti isn't just a few doodles. On the one hand, I am totally agree with that man who said that graffity that painted somewhere without owner's permission is a vandalism. On the other hand, there are some abundant places in our towns and cities which became beautiful places with graffity in it.

I am talking about graffity masterpeaces, but not about ugly obscene language on the walls. It makes places look awful and creepy. I call those kind of graffity artists vansdals. They should be punished hard. I think graffities are art, but also it's sort of vandals, too. Because if the spray-painting is on the public places or the other people's properties, it can be a crime!

Imagine the scene which one day when you wake up and go to your store or builiding , there are some doodling. It is against the defamation law. At least you would be declared to arrested to go to the prison.

The people who see that graffities might be very upset. And usually it is difficult to understand the graffities, isn't it? I am sure you can't. So I wish the graffiti drawers not to spray everywhere they can see.

But in the good conditions, I am for the graffiti is art. I think that graffiti is art, but, whenever it is done with permission, but if it is done without permission on private property that is a vandalism. I can consider graffity as a piece of art as long as it has sense and some motivation for other people. But if graffity is only stupid words or senseless pictures it is vandalism and it must be banned.

I would say that this type of art is gorgeous and attractive as it can express people's attitude, opinion and culture. However, I would think that it should be some specific areas allowed to do this activity because otherwise, individuals' properties can be damaged.

I think graffiti is not vandalism. It,s just free and they are painted with love. I think vandalism is the money that politicians get to let false companies put their ads on the wall.

Money make everything vandalism. I think graffiti must become fully legal because graffiti is little bit lifestyle and 'The Pen of Freedom'. In my opinion, graffities are beautiful to see, but they have to transmit a message. This type of graffities is art but only if you have the permission to draw on the wall. The other type of graffities is considered as vandalism because you don't ask the owner of the wall to let you draw on his property, which can create many problems and conflicts.

But after all, I would say that the job of tagger can bring a lot of money for the perfectionists of drawing. From my point of view, grafitti is a two-edged sword. I think it is all based on how people create it. Sure, different motives means diversities in art. I support grafitti as a kind of art. I like graffiti itis a form of expresion when shows creativy and talent. I like Graffiti because it expresses in some sense; art. Graffiti in a Wall ls fantastic, and in trains is bad.

I don't like the graffiti. In my city we have very much graffiti, the magourity ir tags, made by teenagers. But sometimes it shows creativity and talent. I think graffiti is really art. It is very nice and beautiful. My opinion is that graffiti is actually a pretty old art, but comparing to the others, its new.

And that sometimes its actually vandalism. Have u seen those useless graffities like "SFEK"? Well, if u were at least 1 time oustide and not staring at the computer for 5 hours, then, i think, you might say, that those are pretty common, huh? I think graffiti is actually really cool, if they make it in a right places. In my opinion, creating graffiti is also a good way to express feelings.

I think it may be both art and vandalism. I think that graffiti is an art form. It gives the opportunity to many people to express their feelings and thoughts by making wonderful drawings on walls.
