It is evident that whoever was packing my order innocently missed them. When I contact Dynamites customer service requesting them to send me the dresses which they had no problems charging me for, they apparently looked into it god know whatever that means and told me to take it up with the bank. Please save your dollars for someone else and do not buy anything from these guys online because should anything go wrong, they wont even bother with you.

Very soon after that the bottom of the zipper snapped off. I exchanged the coat for the same one, and the exact same thing happened. I called hoping to get a new coat its January!
Pretty frustrating that Im going without a winter coat indefinitely.
