Mike 'The Situation" might be getting himself into some more legal trouble. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star seems to be falling behind on his community service hours as a part of his probation. Mike was sentenced to prison for eight months in January of for tax evasion. He was later released in September of When Mike first made his reality TV debut, he was a wild year-old who only cared about partying and dodging " grenades.
He had a new positive outlook on life, traded in the alcohol for food, and even was in a serious relationship with now wife Lauren. Due to Maximo's alleged behavior, Mike would like to be notified before Maximo shows up to his home. While there's not-so-friendly feelings on Mike's side, Maximo doesn't have the same sentiments his famous brother shares.
Even though Mike felt the need to call the police, Maximo believes if the roles were reversed, he would "never do that" to Mike.
