What is dolce in music




















I've noticed that in english language cookbooks, the recipes are exact. The cup of wine is a standardized measure. In french cookbooks, it is not the same. A glass of wine, salt, cook in a very hot oven until cooked. So, what glass of wine, a little glass a big glass an in between glass?
